How to make a return?
Log in to your customer account:
- If you have a customer account, proceed with login. In the "My purchases" section, select the order you wish to return and click on "Make return".
- If you made your purchase as an unregistered user, access the tracking of your order by entering your email and the access code you will receive via email.
Choose whether:
- Make the return personally at our office. location (you must indicate RETURNED DELIVERY TO LOCATION in the NOTES field).
- Request home collection from us. courier in charge
Follow the instructions you will receive via EMAIL.
Remember that:
- You have 30 days to return your purchases.
- Refunds (remember that you will receive it in the same bank account with which you paid it):
- The approximate refund period if you deliver the change to the office is one week .
- If you do it via courier, the refund will be issued within approximately 15 days of receipt of the package by our warehouse.
- When your package arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
- No returns are accepted for underwear or swimwear items.
- Returns can only be made in the country where the purchase was made.
